I'm a first time home buyer and Jerry is absolutely awesome!!! He found things wrong with the house I had a contract... on. He saved me from making a HUGE mistake by NOT buying. I'm very appreciative of that. My mom dealt with him with me. She was blown away by how honest and through he was. He spent over 3 hours do my inspection AND he's very reasonable.
